NGTech (New Global Technologies)
I work at NG Tech on several different government and other sector projects.
Government projects (Ministry of Emergency Situations):
- e-NIM – Designed the inspection process for the MES by replacing the paper-based workflow with a digital solution. Collaborated with the PO to analyze business requirements and technical specifications, designed information architecture and user flows, and defined the Inspector and Manager user journeys. Translated user and business needs into intuitive UI/UX designs, enabling MES inspectors to conduct inspections more efficiently through a fully digital platform.
- e-Services Mobile APP – Users could submit e-applies for services of the MES via the website, but there had never been a mobile app for these services. I analyzed the entire product using a test user account, identified gaps in the user flow, reported them to the PO, and implemented improvements. The mobile app enables users to access and utilize the MES services conveniently through a seamless digital experience.
- e-Services Website – E-applications for the MES' services were available via the website. However, the site and user dashboard were outdated, making it difficult for users to find what they needed. Based on new business requirements, we redesigned the user flows and updated the UI of the service modules. As a result, users of the MES services can now easily find the services they need, manage payments, fines, and other related processes through a centralized and user-friendly dashboard.
Other projects:
- Taekwondo – Based on requirements, I structured the website's information architecture. The client was looking for a UI design that aligns more with the market rather than a purely modern approach. To better understand their preferences and expectations, I created a moodboard. Through the moodboard, we were able to clearly identify the client's visual taste and direction. As a result, we delivered a website that allows users to navigate and intuitively, while also matching the client's UI preferences.
- NG Tech (website) – I designed a website for a company aiming to strengthen its position in the IT industry, incorporating modern and slightly futuristic elements. While working on this project, I focused on two main goals: creating a clean, modern, and visually engaging UI that keeps users on the site, and guiding them smoothly toward the application stage. As a result, direct customer inquiries through the website increased, contributing to the acquisition of new projects.
UX/UI designer
Matematik Röntgeni
When designing the MR APP (active only in Turkey), I was aware that I needed to create not just a visually appealing UI, but a product that drives sales.
What did I do during my work period?
- Introduced an easy login experience to simplify user access
- Designed dedicated pages to highlight special campaigns before users reach Home page
- Created a modern Home page with engaging, non-standard sections to avoid a typical, monotonous layout
- We designed features like "Spin the Wheel" and "Daily Question" to increase user engagement and retention within the app
- Added a marketplace feature to the app to support and boost course sales
- Designed exam flows allowing students to take tests within the app and track their results
- Developed an AI-powered page to help students improve in topics where they are weak
- We implemented a "refer-a-friend" feature to increase the app's adoption and reach.
- Designed a campaigns page to help users easily follow ongoing offers
- Created a coupon experience where users can collect and redeem partner coupons conveniently within the app
The improved UX contributed to increased sales of high-value courses. The app enabled students to take practice exams, monitor their progress, analyze their performance, and identify areas for improvement, higher user engagement and increased customer satisfaction.
UX/UI lector
AEGEE – Krakow
I taught UX/UI design classes to Polish and other European students in a course organized by the Kraków branch of AEGEE, of which I have been a member for over 10 years.
What did I teach during course period?
- Throughout the course, I covered how to properly build UX strategy, including topics such as Empathy Maps, Competitive Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Stakeholder Mapping, Information Architecture (IA), and User Flows etc
- I emphasized the importance of moodboards, explained how to create both low-high fidelity wireframes, and guided students through the process
- We created UI kits, built design systems, and I taught the principles of Atomic Design
- I also trained students on essential Figma concepts, including Auto Layout logic, component systems, and prototyping etc
- During the course, each student completed an individual project
UX/UI designer
IDRAK Technology Transfer
During my time at Idrak, in addition to designing web and mobile applications, I also created interfaces for various screen sizes devices.
Several government projects I worked on:
- ASAN Biometric Kiosk - Designed the end-to-end UX/UI for the ASAN Biometric Kiosk, enabling citizens to independently access 5 government services without operator assistance. Conducted user research, analyzed technical documentation, created the information architecture and user flows, and designed the complete kiosk interface optimized for large touchscreen devices. The kiosk, now deployed in the Salyan and Shusha ASAN Service centers, helps reduce waiting times, increases daily service capacity, and improves the overall user experience.
- Think ID - Redesigned the operator interface used for national ID card applications at ASAN Service centers. Operators reported that the previous design had a complex user flow, which negatively affected the speed and efficiency of service delivery. Analyzed the existing workflow, simplified user flows, and modernized the UI, resulting in a faster and more efficient application process for operators.
- E-gate - Designed the UI for the eGate screens at Heydar Aliyev Airport. Analyzed passport control workflows, applied international best practices, and created an intuitive user flow to streamline passenger entry and exit. Today, passengers at airport can quickly enter and leave the country by using the eGates located at the outer checkpoint lanes.
Also I designed interfaces for passenger and agricultural drone displays, an electric capsule car, and wheelchair dashboards. I also redesigned the company's website and worked on various projects, including Taxi Driver Assistant and Mobile Border.

Ferrum Capital
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of real-world projects.
- cehizim.az | Internal EMS | personal website | mashin.al
Working on these projects helped me strengthen my collaboration skills in a professional team environment. In addition to applying the knowledge I gained during my UX/UI course, I learned how to approach large-scale projects from more experienced designers.
