Summary
Since 2017, I have been shaping SAP procurement landscapes. As a Solution Architect and techno-functional consultant for S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, I combine process consulting with hands-on implementation: business concept, customizing, architecture, ABAP OO, workflow, and interfaces.
I have supported three complete S/4HANA transformations, greenfield and brownfield, including a SRM replacement, most recently as overall project lead with budget responsibility. During six years at IBM Deutschland GmbH, I led nearshore and offshore teams of up to five FTE.
Since September 2023, I have been self-employed and run GLIT Circle GmbH. My focus areas are the public sector, meaning specialist processes for the federal government and a public insurance company, as well as agricultural technology with an S/4HANA brownfield transformation. In addition to stabilizing ongoing operations, I am mainly responsible for concept, architecture, and new development.
