Summary
I am Dieter Faude, a TÜV-certified AI consultant and CE/safety specialist for collaborative robotics. I help companies bring innovative robotics products to the EU market safely, ready for the market, and CE-compliant—including risk assessments and complete CE documentation through to market launch. I have been working in automation for over 35 years. In 1990, I founded Faude Automatisierungstechnik (Focus Robotik) and sold the company to KUKA-Systems in Augsburg in 2015.
I was already a pioneer in introducing cobots (including Universal Robots) in Germany and Europe in 2009, including at VW, Daimler, and many SMEs. In this work, I solved numerous safety challenges and have worked closely with DGUV and IFA in Sankt Augustin ever since; I still maintain these contacts today.
I help companies that want to integrate cobots into their production to increase efficiency, ensure safety, and make their processes future-proof.
I support my clients from the initial assessment of potential and the manufacturer-independent selection of the right technology through to strategic implementation. With customized automation concepts, I ensure smooth operations and long-term cost-effectiveness. I also take care of the complete CE documentation and risk assessment to ensure the systems are used safely and in compliance with regulations. My unique strength is my in-depth production expertise, combined with extensive know-how in technical documentation and safety assessment. As an independent consultant, I provide objective and practical solutions—efficient, compliant with standards, and tailored to my clients' specific needs. Since 2025, I have been a TÜV-certified AI consultant, and I have been working on AI for 2 years. My goal as an AI consultant is to create real value for my clients.
