• Designed flagship analytics architectures for marquee global accounts: Lego (S/4HANA + SAC + CPI + BW/4HANA + Azure), Novartis (BW Bridge + Datasphere + OData/CPI integration), Messer (hybrid DW with SQL and Oracle federation), Dole (multi-ERP COPA consolidation on BW/4HANA + SAC), and BP (Working Capital Dashboard on S/4HANA CDS + GCP).
• Led 20+ BW Bridge projects end-to-end — supporting PoCs, strategy, architecture, and roadmap planning — and established SAP's repeatable shell-migration methodology now used across EMEA.
• Supported Nippon Japan on a phased BW-to-Datasphere shell migration, and Randon on a 2-tier BW Bridge + DSP implementation with CPI integration to SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Ariba.
• Delivered multiple SAP Analytics Cloud pilots across COPA, Sales, and Procurement dashboards, integrating data from S/4HANA Cloud/On-Prem, ECC, BW, and Datasphere.
• Provided data migration guidance and best practices using SAP Migration Cockpit, Data Services, and BW/BPC tooling for customers on S/4HANA transformation journeys.
• Collaborated closely with SAP Development, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape the Datasphere and SAC product roadmaps based on real-world customer feedback.

• Generated £110M+ in SAP HANA and analytics bookings over 5 years, consistently achieving 120%+ of annual target, across a portfolio of 100+ enterprise customers including Barclays, Lloyds, British Airways, BP, GSK, Rolls Royce, JLR, M&S, BAT, and ASOS.
• Served as Go-to-Market Lead and Enterprise Architect for SAP's data portfolio (S/4HANA, HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, Data Intelligence, IBP) — owning the end-to-end sales cycle from solution whiteboarding through to contract execution with CFOs and CIOs.
• Created the HANA Technical Academy for UKI — a structured enablement programme later scaled to an official EMEA-wide initiative, training hundreds of customers and partners on SAP's data platform.
• Delivered 100+ PoCs and pilots (1–6 month engagements) across HANA modelling, BW/4HANA, SAC, Data Hub, BPC on HANA, and S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise.
• Led Design Thinking, Discovery Assessment, and Value Assessment workshops at board and senior management level, shaping investment decisions for SAP data transformations.
