• Development of a complete ESG solution based on VSME regulations, from data collection in Microsoft Forms to the final Power BI report. Preparation of requirements specifications, mini data governance, solution design, operating and maintenance guide, and user manual for the company. The data model is designed to work across industries and can be converted to other regulatory frameworks with minimal adaptation. The data model can also be used by banks for portfolio management, active advisory services, management reporting and supervision.

• Power BI report that collects KPIs from Copenhagen Airport's various units, such as baggage, security, parking and terminal operations, and provides a comprehensive overview across the organisation. Created a cross-organisational overview and implemented Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure proper access control. Created process documents and made them available across the organisation.

• Administrative reports are used by hospitals to follow up on missing diagnoses for patients and get an overview of patient workload. The reports include information on both inpatients and outpatients. The data model was a basic component that combined information on inpatients and outpatients and was the dataset for seven reports.
• Establishment of a comprehensive reporting solution for hospital management with a view to monitoring patient workload and ensuring correct diagnosis. The project focused on creating a technical setup that supports cross-functional use of data across both inpatient and outpatient areas. Used DAX Studio together with Power BI Desktop for ongoing risk minimisation and ensuring best-practice implementation for optimal use of Microsoft Fabric capacity.

• Development and implementation of advanced reporting based on global BrandTracker data for Pandora with a view to benchmarking performance against competitors in local and global markets. The delivery included the design and execution of three new core reports focusing on purchase barriers, brand image and a dedicated China-specific funnel to support a new strategic direction. As part of a comprehensive update of the existing reporting landscape, statistical significance calculations were implemented across all reports to ensure data-driven validation of year-over-year (YoY) developments. Anchoring and business value creation were ensured through six targeted presentations for Product Line and Data Analytics, which guaranteed full understanding and adoption of the solutions among key stakeholders.
• Data model and BI governance Establishment of a comprehensive survey data model based on external data sources as the foundation for seven targeted reports. Responsibility for the design and implementation of BI governance, including the definition of data ownership, KPI standardisation and fixed principles for data quality. The work included developing a rigorous decision-making process for prioritising future reporting needs to ensure maximum business value.
• Agile Development and Solution Design Execution of agile development process via Azure DevOps with focus on user stories and task management. Development of Power BI solutions, dashboards and Power Apps combined with preparation of technical documentation, solution designs and targeted presentation material. The solutions included full data modelling, UI prototyping and rollout to end users through secure distribution channels.
• Strategic Consulting and Migration Advising external partners and data suppliers in connection with the migration of survey data models to Azure Synapse. The role involved identifying and clarifying complex business requirements and quality assurance of business logic in the new Synapse setup. The effort ensured a technically sound transition and correct implementation of critical data components.

• Automation of advance tax calculations for Revisorhus.

• Prepared rollout plans and defined a 'survival package' (MVP) for eight business units. Responsible for stakeholder management and alignment with the programme plan.
