I contribute to the Enterprise Architecture practice, producing TOGAF-aligned documentation. I currently work on two projects:
- Integration of the Athens office/users into the Euronext perimeter, enabling traffic to/from the SWIFT network to pass through Euronext data centers, where a message hub, queues, and servers interact with the SWIFT network.
- Design of a cloud-based architecture on AWS to process incoming traffic from customers (financial institutions) and forward traffic to/from the SWIFT network. This AWS architecture also performs reconciliation between the two main traffic streams — from customers and to/from the SWIFT network. The above flows are between on prem and ASW platform
In both projects, the design addressed multiple architectural dimensions: physical connectivity, security, data protection treatment, and software components.

My core responsibility is translating high-level architectural decisions into the technical specifications that development teams need to deliver — bridging strategy and execution in a regulated, high-availability environment.
The technical specifications I produce follow TOGAF phases B through F, covering business architecture, information systems, technology architecture, migration planning and change management. Each document addresses functional and non-functional requirements, and typically includes sequence diagrams, targeted Java code changes, query definitions, security assessments, API contract definitions via Swagger/OpenAPI, and Avro schemas governing event-driven data exchange.
