Oliver Rothland has been working in the field of Data Management and agile Requirements Engineering for over 25 years, supporting national and international companies in building data-centric processes, methods, systems and applications (data-driven company).

To successfully deliver projects, Oliver Rothland supports his clients in identifying essential use cases and (non-functional) requirements, so that on the one hand an architecture can be built from them and, on the other hand, the client's internal processes can be optimized and training plans for new technologies and methods can be developed.

As a Trainer and Solution Architect for Data Management, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Observability, Big Data Technologies, Advanced Analytics methods and agile development, he combines technological know-how (for example, for data analysis in Cloud Data Analytics environments through semantic layers) with important soft skills (such as agility, team skills, creativity and analytical competence) to make solutions usable and tangible.

In the area of Data Management, in addition to the efficient use of systems, his focus is on the simple use of technologies for Data Engineering, data cataloging, virtualization, exploration and visualization, as well as the operationalization of infrastructure, data and mathematical and analytical models (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps).

Based on his extensive experience in Data Management enterprise and cloud environments, he acts as the link between architecture, business departments, development and operations, taking essential core areas such as Data Governance, Data Security and Data Quality into account.
