Implemented a major organizational changes within the Core Chemicals business, impacting eight Operating Divisions and Global Business Units. This involved reassigning Strategic Business Units (SBUs/Profit Centers) to their respective master data objects, including Products and Cost Centers, as well as all dependent transactional and asset-related objects such as Process Orders, Purchase Orders, Assets, WBS Elements, and Sales Orders. The transition was executed through transfer postings from the old SBU (Profit Center) to the new SBU (Profit Center).

• Implemented Organizational Changes with the S/4 Fiori App "Manage Organizational Changes".
• Engineered and support the implementation of an AI-assisted upload, and maintenance process for CO-PA Cycles within the AI-driven framework.
• The solution enables business users to input prompt for all the necessary BAPI fields to create and modify the COPA allocation cycle flat excel template with pre-filled values and later upload via AI App which interfaces with SAP via API to generate COPA Allocation cycles in SAP.
• AI-based validation and correction capabilities help to identify errors before excel file is uploaded and posted to SAP.

• Client: Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited – full life cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA 2020 using Activate methodology; worked on E2E implementation for FMCG company in Pakistan and UAE following Agile methodology with sprints and process design documentation; analysed AS-IS processes and transformed into TO-BE processes in BBP phase identifying gaps and providing solutions; provided expertise in business re-engineering to drive efficiencies and productivity; completed baseline configuration for enterprise structure including FI/CO profit center accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing with MTS and MTO scenarios, actual costing with material ledger, and account-based COPA; integrated CO with SD, PP, and PM; performed UT and documentation sign-off; executed cutover activities for master and planning data uploads; coordinated WRICEF object development; conducted UAT and test case documentation in final preparation phase.

• Client: SADAQAT GLOBAL LIMITED – full life cycle implementation of SAP HANA 1909 using ASAP methodology for textile manufacturing exporter operating with six company codes globally; created business blueprints and obtained sign-off from process owners; performed GAP analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE systems; liaised between business and ABAP team to develop custom reports; enhanced and supported product costing module, set up costing runs, and fixed costing errors; adapted budget availability control into cost centre accounting with statistical internal orders; configured CO-PA including planning methods, layouts, versions, derivative rules, integrated planning, and data uploads; implemented material ledger distribution of usage variance to assign scrap costs back to production process, distributing over 0.5 M in scrap costs; configured controlling area, number ranges, cost centre and profit centre hierarchies; configured activity type planning, statistical key figures, primary cost planning, planned cost accrual, period reposting, plan assessment and distribution cycles, activity input planning, and indirect activity allocation; configured product cost planning and cost object controlling with costing variants, valuation variants, cost component structures, sheets, WIP, variances, results analysis, and settlement; defined variance keys, valuation variants for WIP and scrap, target cost versions, result analysis keys; configured cost centre splitting structure and rules; defined operating concern, characteristics, and value fields in account-based and costing-based profitability analysis; developed profitability segments and executed plan assessment cycles.

• Prepared financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and Excel; performed monthly analysis and reporting on P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow.
