Responsible for the redesign and transformation of production processes in the SAP S/4HANA system, which were previously not mapped in the company's ERP systems. The focus was on designing and implementing the processes for Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and especially Engineer-to-Order (ETO), in order to increase the efficiency and flexibility of production workflows and optimally meet specific customer requirements.

Responsible for carrying out the preliminary project. The goal was to identify the requirements for the main project in order to ensure an efficient execution of the Validate phase. Through careful analysis and documentation of the existing processes and requirements, a solid foundation was created for the main project, enabling smooth and focused validation.

After a brownfield project on SAP S/4HANA that was carried out by another consulting firm, the system did not work properly, especially in cost of sales accounting and market segment reporting. Our task was to define separate processes in which all accounting value flows were integrated into Margin Analysis and cost accounting topics were mapped in cost of sales accounting, so that sales would not set selling prices that were too low.

The potential and challenges of the SAP S/4HANA system conversion were analyzed. The goal was to assess the technical and organizational feasibility of the conversion and develop recommendations for implementation. The study included a detailed analysis of the existing IT infrastructure, business processes, and requirements in order to create a solid basis for the decision on the system conversion.

The project focused on creating a concept to replace cost-based profit and market segment accounting with Margin Analysis. The goal was to analyze and monitor profitability and margins more accurately in order to support strategic decisions. In particular, critical paths were to be identified and solutions developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

In this initial greenfield project, the focus was on rethinking all processes and harmonizing the entire system. The goal was to review and redesign the processes in order to make the company more efficient and flexible.
