Project description

• The client uses HubSpot as CRM and MOCO as ERP. This naturally creates overlaps, which lead to extra manual work for employees. This not only cost time (and therefore money), but was also error-prone, which in turn cost even more time and money.
• For this reason, we implemented a series of n8n workflows for the client that keep both systems in sync.

Technical description

• HubSpot users, who mainly come from sales, can now focus fully on working in the CRM. Administrative tasks - such as invoicing - can be handled by accounting in MOCO. The n8n workflows ensure that the data in both tools matches.
