• It is like a startup within REWE, where we have to build a new forecasting system on Google Cloud Platform from the scratch. Although, officially my role is called MLOps, my actual tasks also include development of data processing pipelines (data engineering) and data scientists tasks such as feature engineering and model trainings.

Project: Frontend relaunch Campus Events

• Technical responsibility for the design and step-by-step implementation of the frontend relaunch of an existing event management platform, in close coordination with product and business teams.
• As-is analysis and stakeholder interviews as the basis for the target picture and the evaluation of possible solution approaches.
• Building a modular, extensible frontend architecture with a clear separation between theming and template structure - the basis for independent further development of individual areas.
• Implementation in parallel with the existing frontend for a low-risk, gradual transition without interrupting operations.
