- Establishment of a future O2C standard process in S/4 HANA for a client in the retail sector with focus on O2C integration and planned handling of the merchandise management system
- The existing merchandise management system for trading goods will continue to be used for all logistical processes and is out of scope.
- Requirements definition for interfaces
- Process definition and harmonization: Establish company-wide standard processes in S/4 and in the O2C process integration for the affected areas/entities (B2C, B2B, B2G)
- O2C integration: Definition of the level of integration of third-party systems:
- Best possible fulfillment of legal reporting and verification requirements
- S/4 as the leading system for executing intercompany transactions
- Invoice flow and billing
- Pricing conditions
- Rebates
- Contracts

- Preparation and execution of Fit-to-Standard workshops (including setting up a prototype in the sandbox system for the workshops)
