Description
- Set up and enhance data management in SQL Server for fixed-line and all-IP products, and integrate existing and new data sources from SQL Server/Oracle, including CRM and workflow management systems
- Build a SQL database that captures and merges data from different source systems (CRM and workflow systems)
- Create and expand database analyses in Tableau for daily reporting
- Advise departments (e.g. Technology, Order Management) on collecting and managing customer data
- Continuously optimize and establish the data management process and data quality for future projects
Requirements
- Experience building data architectures
- Experience in the B2B sector
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server)
- Very good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft VBA, and Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to analyze business processes and derive necessary data structure requirements
- Telecommunications knowledge in the fixed-line sector (fiber, copper, FTTH, DSL connectivity)
