As an independent Technology Consultant specializing in Information Engineering, I provide high-level expertise in model-based optimal control, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. My work is defined by a rigorous System Engineering approach, managing the full project lifecycle from initial planning and requirements review to detailed design, implementation, and final system acceptance testing.
