- Strategic review for a leading global fintech firm (~$500M ARR), focused on identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities. Work included conducting customer research, benchmarking performance against direct and indirect competitors, and developing the market and financial model. Collaborated closely with an independent consultant and former LEK Partner (London office) throughout the engagement.
- Led the strategic review and operating model design for a $5B multi-sector holding company comprising 29 portfolio companies. Spearheaded the development of the holding company’s business plan from the ground up, including projecting the impact of strategic initiatives and associated synergies.
