I help organizations build practical cloud-native platforms and develop the skills needed to run them long term. My work combines principal architecture consulting, platform engineering, and team mentoring.

How I help client organizations:

Enablement & Training: Designing and delivering cloud-native training, lecturing at academic levels (bachelor's/master's), and mentoring teams to make complex infrastructure understandable.
Cloud-Native Architecture: Standardized, secure deployments across GCP, AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Kubernetes.
Platform as a Product: Building reliable "golden paths" and self-service platforms that developers actually want to use, driving high internal adoption.

My primary focus is training and guiding platform teams through cloud-native transitions. I bring hands-on experience leading engineering teams and a strong commitment to developer experience (DX).

Outside of enablement and consulting, I support the cloud-native ecosystem as a CNCF Ambassador, Golden Kubestronaut, and Tech Lead of the CNCF TAG Infrastructure.
