Summary
I am a software engineer with over 13 years of experience, primarily working with Ruby, but also with strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Go, and Java. My background spans full-stack development, technical operations, and more recently AI evaluation and annotation work across multiple platforms.
I started my career building public infrastructure systems, including a flood monitoring platform in Python and public administration systems in Java. Over time I moved into full-stack web development, eventually joining Private Internet Access, a global VPN provider, where I have been working on large-scale backend systems, infrastructure, and complex data migrations. That role gave me deep experience working with distributed systems under real production constraints, managing data integrity across multiple services, and debugging issues that only surface at scale.
In parallel, for the past couple of years I have been working professionally as an LLM evaluator and annotator across multiple. That work has involved SWE-bench Pro task reviews, repository evolution evaluations, writing Dockerfiles and test patches, analyzing model trajectories, writing silver trajectories and verifiers, and grading model outputs against structured rubrics. It has given me a strong understanding of what good model behavior looks like at a technical level and how to design evaluation criteria that are rigorous and consistent.
