Summary

I am Senior Manager with over 25 years of professional experience within IT Transformation and IT Project Delivery Industries.

Since December 2024 I have been Chief Software Officer (CSO) in Sybilla Technologies, company within space industry specializing in observations and sky monitoring (satellite management, collision avoidance). I have been responsible for entire IT/Delivery/Software domain of the Company.

I previously worked as Programme Manager for Cubic preparing for project of replacement of transit systems for cities of Cracow and Warsaw.

I joined Mastercard Processing Europe (MPE) Customer Delivery (CD) in in December 2019 as Implementation Director being responsible for Business Analysis, Implementation and Testing domains of Customer Delivery. My main actions and achievements include substantial extension of Way4 capacity by hiring/contracting Way4 implementation engineers, designing Target Operating Model of transfer of functions out of CD (still in process), successful conversion of 40+ contractor resources to employees generating substantial planned savings, creating management structure within MPE, and defining and building Standardization Team.

Previously, as Delivery Director for Luxoft I was responsible for delivery of wide portfolio of outsourcing deals to Banking Clients in Nordics.

Earlier I was Head of Project Delivery - Europe being responsible BPC Programmes and Projects in Europe. I joined the Company as Programme Manager for consolidating Erste Group Banks payment systems into one platform run by EGCP (Erste Group Card Processor) in Croatia Zagreb and later was internally promoted to Head of Delivery – European Region being responsible for Programmes and Projects for European Customers (10 Clients and 60 People). My Clients were Banks and Card processors in Central and Southern Europe. Cooperation involved heavy cooperation with Visa, MasterCard, Diners and a number of local payment schemes. The implementation was within card authorization systems: (mostly replacing of legacy Base24 and others), Acquiring, Issuing, Card personalization, virtual Cards, 3D secure etc.

For over a year I was Programme Manager of Core Banking System Replacement for leading universal Bank in Georgia, responsible for vendor selection, System Integrator selection, IT Architecture Roadmap, gap analysis, vendor management.

For almost two years I was working for FIS (Technology Poland) where I held a position of Senior Project Manager, being responsible for delivery of FIS run Project in Poland and Europe.

For almost two years I was working for Fiserv Polska where I held a position of Delivery Manager. I was responsible for Delivery Department Operations for all projects run by Fiserv Polska for Banks in Poland and UK).

For over 8 years I worked for Accenture. At Accenture I participated in number of assignments quickly progressing from an Analyst to Managing position being involved/managing following Projects (only selected mentioned): Implementation of a first digital (internet) bank in Central Europe named mBank, Implementation of a complex cross-platform IT solution for credit sale for a leading consumer finance bank in Poland and Implementation of Core Banking System in the middle-sized Russian Bank.
