I myself worked as a freelancer for a long time and was dissatisfied with the existing mediation platforms and intermediaries.
The biggest problems were:
-
lack of transparency of available project tenders
-
time-consuming registration and application processes
-
uncertainty about my own daily rate, as one could not see what the intermediary earns from me
That is why I decided to found FRATCH, a platform that helps freelancers to connect with companies that need their skills - why shouldn't project
acquisition be as easy as ordering an UBER?!
With FRATCH, freelancers can quickly find new projects, collaborate with clients, and manage their projects from one place.
Moreover, I wanted to provide more security to freelancers and at the same time give them the opportunity to unleash their entrepreneurial potential.
That's why we set up FRATCH as a network where every freelancer can build their own little consulting team: through our simple referral logic, the
referrer is involved with 30% of FRATCH's profits every time the referred freelancer works on a project.
My goal was to create a platform that makes it easier for freelancers to realize their dreams of a successful self-employment. I wanted to create a
solution that brings transparency, efficiency and fairness into the process and helps freelancers to reach their full potential.
This is my story and why I founded FRATCH. I am proud to be part of this movement and to contribute to shaping the future of work where freelancers
play a major role.
